1. Accepting these terms

Using this website — browsing it, submitting a form, posting a comment, applying as a tutor or sending us an article — means you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are submitting a request for a student under 18, you confirm you are that student's parent or legal guardian, or that you have their permission to make the enquiry on their behalf.

2. What TutorSphere is, and what it is not

TutorSphere is a tutor matching and coordination service plus an educational content website. We help families and students find suitable home or online tutors for a subject, curriculum and area, and we publish guidance articles on tutoring and exam preparation.

To be clear about the boundaries:

  • We are not a school, college or university. We are not an examination body and we do not award degrees, certificates, grades or credits.
  • We are not the employer of every tutor listed in the general sense. Tutors and academies arrange their own teaching relationships with families.
  • We do not deliver the tuition itself in most cases. Teaching is carried out by the tutor or academy you are connected with.
  • We do not control the conduct, availability or continued performance of a tutor after an introduction has been made between the two of you.

Our role is to make that introduction as good as we reasonably can, based on the information you and the tutor give us.

3. Using the service

You must give accurate, current information in our forms and keep it up to date if your requirement changes. Please submit a separate request only when it genuinely reflects a real need — for a different student, subject, curriculum or area.

You are responsible for anything submitted from your device, browser or internet connection, including submissions made by someone using your connection with your knowledge.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading or duplicate enquiries, or apply as a tutor using qualifications you do not hold.
  • Send spam, automated or bulk submissions, or use scripts, bots or tools to flood our forms.
  • Scrape, harvest or mass-download our pages, article content, tutor listings or city pages, whether by robots or any other means, without our prior written permission.
  • Attempt to access the admin area, bypass form or database restrictions, interfere with the site, or probe it for weaknesses.
  • Use the site to post unlawful, defamatory, abusive, hateful, harassing, obscene or personally identifying content about another person, or content that invades someone's privacy.
  • Infringe anyone's intellectual property, including copying our articles or another person's work and submitting it as original.
  • Use TutorSphere branding, name or listings to imply endorsement, partnership or affiliation that does not exist.

Where we detect abuse, we may block the submission, the email address, the phone number or the network involved, and we may report criminal conduct to the relevant authorities in Pakistan or elsewhere.

5. Tutor and academy applications

Applying does not guarantee listing or work. We review each application at our discretion and may ask for evidence of your qualifications, teaching experience and identity, and may verify what you tell us with institutions or references. We may accept, decline, remove or reorder listings without giving a detailed reason.

You must tell us promptly if your availability, subjects, qualifications or rates change, or if you no longer wish to be listed. You are responsible for the tuition you actually deliver, for agreeing your own terms with a family, and for your own taxes. Being introduced through TutorSphere is not a promise of any minimum number of students, hours or income.

6. Enquiries from students and parents

Submitting the Find a Tutor form is an enquiry, not a booking or a contract. After you submit, we review your requirement and contact you using the number or email you gave us, usually to discuss suitable options. A tuition arrangement only exists once you have agreed terms directly with the tutor or academy concerned.

We ask families to interview the tutor, check the teaching fit for the first session, and supervise lessons for minors. Please report anything wrong to us so we can act on the listing.

7. Comments and guest articles

You keep ownership of the comments and articles you send us. In return, you grant TutorSphere a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to store, publish, reproduce, edit, adapt, quote and promote that content on this website and on our official social media channels, with attribution where appropriate.

By submitting, you confirm the work is your own original writing (or that you have the right to submit it), that it is not plagiarised or generated purely to manipulate search rankings, that it is factually accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that it does not contain unlawful or private third-party information.

Nothing is automatically published. We moderate and approve submissions at our discretion, we may edit for clarity, length, grammar and house style, we may add or remove links, and we may decline a submission entirely. We may also remove or edit anything after publication. Publishing an article is not an endorsement of every opinion in it, and it does not create an employment or partnership relationship.

We decide our own linking and disclosure rules. Requesting a link to your own website or service in an author box or article does not oblige us to publish it, and we do not sell editorial placements that mislead readers.

8. Fees, payments and refunds

This website does not take payment. We have no checkout, we do not store card details, and we do not process transactions, so no payment card information should ever be sent to us.

Tutoring fees, invoicing, session cancellation and refunds are agreed directly between the family and the tutor or academy. Where TutorSphere itself charges for a service, that charge and its refund terms will be stated to you separately before you pay, and those separate terms take precedence for that transaction. We are not responsible for money disputes arising between a family and a tutor.

9. Exams, results and academic honesty

We teach, prepare and guide. We do not guarantee grades, passes, admissions, scholarship outcomes or exam results, because those depend on the student's own work and on examination bodies outside anyone's control.

We will not assist with exam malpractice. That includes doing a student's graded assignment or exam for them, helping to breach a board's or university's rules, or writing work submitted as the student's own. Requests of that kind will be refused, and any related listing will be removed.

10. Third-party links and services

Our pages link to WhatsApp, partner academies, social profiles and other external sites. Those are separate services with their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or conduct, and a link is not an endorsement. Any dealings you have with a third party you reach through this site are between you and them.

11. Our content and intellectual property

The TutorSphere name, logo, site design, and the original articles and pages we publish are owned by us or licensed to us. You may read, share and link to our pages freely for personal, non-commercial use. Republishing substantial parts of our content, mirroring our city or subject pages, or using them to train or stock another commercial service requires our prior written permission. Trademarks and names belonging to others remain theirs.

12. Availability and changes to the site

We aim to keep the site available but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend or remove any page, feature, listing or article at any time, and we may modify these terms. The current version always lives on this page, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

13. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the site at any time. We may, at our discretion, refuse to serve, suspend, or remove an enquiry, an applicant, a comment, an article submission or a device's access where these terms are broken, where we reasonably suspect abuse or fraud, or where required to protect students, tutors, staff or the site itself.

14. Disclaimers

The website, including its articles, city pages, subject pages and guidance content, is provided "as is" and "as available" for general information. Educational guidance published here is not a substitute for your school's, board's or university's official regulations, and it is not legal, medical, financial or immigration advice. We do not warrant that information is complete, current or free of errors; curricula, board schedules and examiner rules change, so confirm important details with the official source.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

15. Limitation of liability

TutorSphere is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, for lost profit, lost opportunity, lost data or lost study time, and for the acts or omissions of any tutor, academy or other third party you are connected with. Our total liability for anything arising out of your use of this website is limited to the greater of the amount you have paid us for the specific service concerned and PKR 10,000.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are using the site from a country whose law gives you mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived, those protections continue to apply to you.

17. Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues in effect and the affected clause is read as narrowly as needed to make it valid. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any separate written agreement with a family or tutor, are the entire agreement about your use of this website and prevail over anything said in messages or on social media.

18. Contact us

Questions about these terms, a report about a tutor or listing, or a request to remove content: email rankrise.1234@gmail.com, or message us on WhatsApp at +92 340 0502140. To start a real enquiry instead of reading about us, use the Find a Tutor form or the contact page.
